Book your Huduma Center appointment online by following this quick procedure. Huduma Centers were introduced as a one stop shop offering almost all government services under one roof.

Huduma Kenya Programme is a Government of Kenya initiative whose aim is to turn around public service delivery. This is by providing efficient and accessible Government services at the convenience of citizens through various integrated service delivery platforms.

The Ministry of Public Service Youth and Gender Affairs implemented the programme through the Huduma Kenya Secretariat.

You must book a Huduma Center appointment to access any of the services being offered.

How to Create Huduma Center Appointment Account for a Kenyan

1. Access the Huduma Appointment site.
2. If you do not have an account click on register else enter your ID number and password to login.
3. For registration, enter national ID number, First Name, New Password, Phone Number, and email address which is optional.
4. Click on the register button. At this point, your account will be created. If you get a message “Registration failed. Account exists”, just know you are already registered. Use the log in option.
5. After successful registration, the login window appears. Use your ID number and the password you have created to login. A code is sent the phone number you used to register.
6. If there is a delay in receiving the code, you can contact Huduma Center customer care using 0206 900 020 and request for the activation code.
7. Enter the activation code and click on login.
8. On the right hand side panel, select the Huduma Center you wish to visit, service you want, date, time, and your county of residence.
9. Save your appointment. A message that you will show at the entrance will be sent to your registered phone.
10. If you wish to view your appointments, click on my appointments button. The appointments you have ever booked will be displayed.

How to Create Huduma Center Appointment Account for a Foreigner, Foreign Resident, Passport Holder, and Underage Kenyan

1. Access the Huduma Appointment site.
2. Click on register.
3. On the right hand side of the new window, click on ‘Non National ID Card Holder’ option.
4. Select your category and proceed with registration as above.

How to Reset Your Huduma Appointment Password

It is easy to reset your forgotten Huduma password.

1. Access the Huduma Appointment portal
2. Click on forgot password option.
3. Enter your national ID number and a new password. Click on the reset password option. A code will be sent to your registered mobile number.

How to Create Your Covid 19 Account

1. Access the Kenya Covid-19 Self-Service Portal.
2. On the top right-hand corner click on the create account link.
3. Select the Identification Type (National ID, Passport or Alien ID, etc.) used during registration.
4. Enter your email address and phone number.
5. Create a password that you will use to access the portal.
6. Click on sign up.

Note: You can also create an account or log in using the eCitizen Option which is also much quicker.

How to Print Covid-19 Certificate

1. After your account opens, click on my profile details.
2. Below your details, click on view my certificate.
3. Download and print your Covid-19 certificate.
4. Alternatively, click on the vaccination certificate option to access your certificate.

How to Register For COVID-19 Vaccination

This option is for those who are yet to be vaccinated.

1. Click register to open the registration form.
2. All inputs with an asterisk (*) must be filled
3. Your identification is essential, ensure you enter the correct details.
4. Ensure you fill in the correct contact details as they will be used to send your next vaccination schedule message.
5. Your next of kin details are required.
6. Indicate your location of residence that is where you live.
7. Select the health facility that is nearest to you or the facility you wish to go for vaccination.
8. Select the allergies/preexisting conditions that you have. If they are not in the list, fill in using the other allergies/conditions option.
9. Click open the consent form once you have filled in your details.
10. Select yes or no in the vaccine screening questions. The responses are required to proceed.
